Dana found Lindy, then known as Audrey on Petfinder.com. She is a rescued Beagle-and-Whippet mix, making her either a Beapit or a Wiggle. She was in an abusive home and far under weight. A rescue group had her for close to a year and took care of her health issues and socialization. Much of her post-rescue life was spent at a doggy daycare, so she definitely knows how to play with other dogs. She is shy around people, but is a very affectionate dog once she starts to trust. Our primary reason for getting a fourth dog was to give Caroline someone to play with, and we hit the jackpot with Lindy. A big THANK YOU to the people who foster the dogs they rescue from grim situations. They turn these dogs into great pets, and we are the beneficiaries of their generous work.
